The course is accredited and delivered by University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) and is mapped to the ILM Level 4 Leadership and Management.

All of the teaching is project based, linking theory with practice and ensuring that each module is contextualised within real workplace situations and challenges.

Certificate of Higher Education (Skills for the Workplace) is suitable for any individual who wishes to improve their career opportunities, develop their leadership and management skills and improve their current career standing.

We offer specific courses for the Armed Forces designed to help military personnel transition into civilian life and work.

What is the assessment method?

Assessment is through continuous work based assessment, with no final examination. The course is contextualised to the workplace and uses a project-based approach which links theory with practice.

What is the duration of the course and how is it delivered?

The course is delivered over 10 months and is taught one evening a week and one weekend day a month.
