SMS are sensitive towards the needs of Forces Leavers and have a clear understanding of the transition to civilian life.
SMS understand that Forces Leavers have been away from the civilian learning environment and employment arena for a long period of time. We provide the relevant support and advice to help assist forces leavers in making the correct decision.

This process includes a full analysis of the learners requirements and needs through an in depth review of their skills and abilities, sector experience and any training and qualifications that they currently hold. Full learner support and after care is provided, including signposting to our forces resettlement career planning and CV support service in conjunction our partners.

When a delegate has completed their chosen training we also strongly advise them to come back and complete regular refresher modules with us that we offer at a nominal fee.
